Creative Collaboration with Colleagues

Every Tuesday following our weekly IASH Fellows lunch, I'm conducting altered book workshops. After my research presentation some of my colleagues expressed an interest in making their own altered book. We've had two workshops to date, one making pop-up flowers, and today's tape transfers with copyright free art. I'm excited to bond with my colleagues and have conversations while being creative. It will also give me a chance to preview what I hope to do with the Sudanese community I'll be working with here. Donald Ferguson found us some books to work with---mostly feminist texts.
